Our Mission
Message and a Meal exists to meet people where they are—with a meal, a helping hand, and the love of Jesus Christ.
We serve people who are hungry, homeless, displaced, or struggling with addiction by meeting immediate needs such as food, clothing, and personal necessities. But we believe a meal is only the beginning.
We build relationships, listen to people's stories, and help connect them with the resources they need to take the next step—including obtaining birth certificates, identification, benefits, housing, treatment, employment, and other services that can help them begin rebuilding their lives.
Through practical help, genuine relationships, and the hope of the Gospel, we seek to help people move from surviving to rebuilding their lives.
Our Vision
We envision a community where people who are hungry, homeless, addicted, or hurting are not forgotten, overlooked, or defined by their circumstances.
We envision a place where a meal becomes an opportunity for friendship, where compassion opens the door to trust, and where practical help gives a person the ability to take the next step.
Our vision is to see people move from survival toward stability, self-sufficiency, and renewed purpose—restoring the practical foundations of life while discovering the dignity, hope, and new life found through Jesus Christ.
We don't just give people something to eat—we help them take the next step.
